	Public
	The category used to label the Consumers that have access to non-sensitive data and information as needed.
	Federal Government
	An agency or department of the United States (US) Federal Government.
	FAA
	A category used to label Federal Aviation Administration consumers.
	State/Local/Commonwealth/Tribal Government
	A state agency, department, and lower governmental body within the US and its Territories. Also included are airports licensed by state government.
	Airport
	An organization operating within the US and its Territories, established under State or Federal Government, or 14 CFR Part 139 Certificated by FAA to manage operations of an Airport(s).
	US Air Carrier
	An entity certificated to operate in accordance with 49 CFR Part 119, 121, 125, and 135.
	Support Contractor
	A private organization or individual that has an agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to provide support and/or perform a function (e.g., operating or maintaining information systems) on behalf of the FAA. This also includes Federally-Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDC)
	Developer
	A private organization or individual who develops information Systems for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
	Aircraft and Aviation Manufacturer
	A government regulated entity who builds aircrafts, engines, and avionics equipment.
	Non-US Aviation Entity
	The category used to label the Consumers that have access to non-sensitive data and information as needed.
	Non-US ANSP
	The category used to label the Consumers that have access to non-sensitive data and information as needed.
